Our founder, Dr. Adrian Joseph L. Luansing, established FDM Traning Center in November 2011 with one pivotal goal: to provide high quality continuing education for professionals at affordable costs.

and we have continuously evolved through the years to ensure that the service we provide our partners will always go above and beyond.

FDM Training Center has been an Authorized Training Center of the American Heart Association since 2012. Since then, we have displayed exemplary performance and produced thousands of world-class AHA-certified healthcare providers—making us the premier training facility in the country.

Accredited CPD Provider of the Professional Regulation Commission
FDM Training Center has been an Accredited CPD Provider of the Professional Regulation Commission under the Board of Nursing (Accreditation No. NRS-2016-109) and Board of Medicine (Accreditation No. MED-2015-165) since 2015. We have also expanded to providing PRC-accredited programs for midwives, dentists, radiologic technologists, professional teachers, and more.

To ensure that we are providing the best customer-oriented service to our partners, we have improved and refined our quality management system to comply with the international standards set by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9000:2015 Guidelines.
